... and here's the quick story of why I'm making Justard
In the summer of 2025, while browsing a Croatian grocery store, I saw it: mustard in a metal tube. Used to the typical squeeze bottles and glass jars back home, I was intrigued enough to buy it. The mustard was delicious—sharp, tangy, and bold—but what really stuck with me was the tube itself. Something about it just felt right.
Tubes aren't just packaging—they're protection. They keep air out, light out, and flavor in. Every squeeze is as fresh as the first. It's how mustard was meant to be stored.
When I returned home, I searched everywhere for tube mustards, but they were nearly impossible to find. So I decided to make my own—but not just any mustard. I wanted flavors you couldn't find anywhere else: combinations like miso & maple, apple & caraway, orange & ginger, and many more to come. Each one deserves the protection only a tube could provide.
That's how Justard was born: exceptional flavors in exceptional packaging.
